An agri-business giant says it’ll pour more than 100-million dollars into improvements at two Iowa factories. Archer Daniels Midland is planning big improvements to its corn-processing plants at Clinton and Cedar Rapids. The company says at least fifteen new fulltime jobs will result from the 106-million dollars in plans to spend on safety upgrades, pollution control, and new processing equipment. A-D-M is looking at applying for some of the state’s economic-development money in the new Iowa Values fund.
