There’s a rodeo today in Spencer, but it will look more like the movie “Speed” than the “Rhinestone Cowboy.” D-O-T spokesperson Donna Johnson says the rodeo at the Spencer Municipal Airport involves buses. She says drivers of public transportation buses from around the state will compete in a variety of challenges. Johnson says the bus drivers can win prizes for their ability to drive. She says the winners of three different division will get savings bonds and a chance to move on with an all-expenses-paid trip to the national competition. The public is invited to watch the competition.
