A disappointing season is nearing an end for the Waterloo Bucks who closed out their home season with a 3-2 win over LaCrosse on Sunday. The defending Northwoods League champs are 9-17 in the second half and just 19-39 overall and will miss the playoffs for the first time in eight years. The Bucks were strong at the gate despite their struggles on the field as they averaged more than 18-hundred fans per game.Bucks manager Andy Haines.
