Investigators are upping the stakes in solving a northeast Iowa arson fire. A reward of 15-thousand dollars is now being offered by the State Fire Marshal’s office for tips that lead to an arrest in the weekend vandalism and arson of a church in Dubuque. Damage may exceed 100-thousand dollars at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church. Investigators say the fire was deliberately set and there’s smoke damage throughout the building. No one was hurt.
