High school football action tonight features a rated matchup in eight-man as fourth ranked Adair-Casey visits number-six Lamoni. With several starters back from last year’s team that finished 4-4 coach Bryan Nowlin says they were optimistic about this season as he says they knew they had a decent nucleus. Nowlin says an area of focus during the pre-season workouts was special teams plays. Nowlin says making big plays and limiting the opponents is a big factor in a team’s success.
