The wife of the founder of Winnebago Industries died Sunday at her Florida home. Luise Hanson was 90. With her death, the Iowa-based recreational vehicle maker has announced a major stock repurchase.The board of directors has authorized the repurchase of one-million-450-thousand shares of stock for 44-dollars, 12-cents per share, from Hanson Capitol Partners. The agreement was reached Monday to buy the shares at a 15-percent discount from market price, using the market price that closed Friday at 51-dollars, 91-cents. This is the third major stock repurchase from the Hanson family, reducing their Winnebago holdings from 41-point-seven percent to 22-point-nine percent.
