A northeastern Iowa man died in a farm accident. 69-year-old James Wilgenbusch, of the Dubuque County town of Rickardsville, was killed Saturday when a farm tractor rolled over on top of him and pinned him. Wilgenbusch was pronounced dead at the scene.
