Bullets were flying along with snowflakes in LeMars yesterday. LeMars police have charged 31-year-old Robert Bivens with attempted murder for allegedly trying to shoot a man outside an apartment building last night. 29-year-old Timothy Mullally of LeMars says the handgun was pointed at him and misfired. Bivens is held in the Plymouth County Jail on 100-thousand dollars bond.
