A northeast Iowa man made has admitted to breaking into an Oelwein pawn shop. 20-year-old Joshua Quail of Hawkeye pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting the possession of stolen firearms. Quail admitted to breaking into the J.R. Pawn Shop in Oelwein on July 27th of 2001 with two other men. They took two rifles, a revolver and numerous other merchandise. The guns were later recovered. Quail faces up to 10 years in prison and a 250-thousand dollar fine.
