A county leader in southeast Iowa is in legal trouble. Wapello County supervisor Jerry Parker faces bookmaking charges as result of a gambling investigation. The charge was filed Tuesday afternoon by the state Attorney General’s office. Parker is expected to be arraigned on the charge next Monday. He was not arrested.
