Four teenage boys face charges in northwest Iowa after a video camera stolen from the West Lyon School was used to make a sexually-explicit videotape. Two 15-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy are charged with assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of a minor. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Department says the boys videotaped underage girls who were partially clothed and intoxicated at a drinking party last month. The sheriff says the video also captures the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. The 16-year-old and a 17-year-old boy were also charged with 4th-degree theft for stealing other video cameras, school keys and money from West Lyon High School. The investigation was conducted by the Lyon county Sheriff’s office.
