A Dubuque boy is facing charges after allegedly breaking into a home using a pellet gun. Dubuque police recieved a 9-11 call Thursday morning by a woman who says she was confronted in her home by a person with a small handgun. The person fled and the woman was not injured. Police later arrested 14-year-old Sederick Flax and charged him with first-degree burglary. Police determined the weapon Flax used was a pellet gun. He’s been turned over to juvenile authorities.
