A western Iowa man faces a murder charge in the death of a family member.A Sioux City man is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his 15-month-old daughter. 22-year-old Humberto Mendoza-Moreno was charged after his daughter, Andrea Escobedo, was taken to the hospital with numerous bruises and other injuries. She later died.
