A house fire in Griswold early last Thursday morning has led to the arrest of a 17-year-old girl and the man of the house, but more unusual details are emerging. It appears the woman of the house — Debbie Street — is the grandmother, not the mother of the six-year-old boy who died in the blaze. Debbie is the mother of the 13-year-old girl who died in the fire. Debbie’s 17-year-old daughter, Tracy, has been charged with two counts of murder, and the man of the house — Debbie’s husband, 39-year-old Brian Street, — has been charged with sexually abusing that 17-year-old. After the fire, though, Brian Street told authorities his name was Michael Dyess. That is the name of one of Debbie’s former husbands. The real Mike Dyess lives in Arizona. Debbie divorced Dyess — the guy in Arizona — but got married to somebody else before Street, and never divorced that second husband. That means she’s currently married to two men. And in another plot twist, Brian Street — that’s Debbie’s third husband and the man accused of abusing her 17-year-old daughter — well, Brian Street is her step-brother.
