Grinnell set to host annual track meet

More than a dozen schools will be at Grinnell College on Saturday for the annual Dick Young Track and Field Classic. Will Freeman is the Grinnell College men’s coach and says it is the first big meet of the year for his squad and they’llbe a full strength. Freeman says 15-schools will take part including some of the top schools from out of state. Freeman says the meet is traditionally held the week before the Drake Relays. He says it looks like that’s where it will stay for now and give lots of guys a chance to qualify for Drake.
