The UNI football team will wrap up their spring drills this Saturday with their annual Spring Game at the UNI-Dome. Panthers coach Mark Farley has not decided yet on the format on how the Spring Game will be played except that their will be a running clock in the second half. He says the main emphasis this Saturday will be on fundamentals, who can line up in a gap and make a tackle, who can line up one-on-one and cover.

Farley says the coaches will be evaluating the techniques that were emphasized in practice. He says it’s more individual versus individual rather than a scheme to see who wins or loses. The Spring Game is set for 2:00 Saturday at the UNI-Dome and admission is free.
