The man accused of molesting his 17-year old stepdaughter is now facing federal pornography charges. Cass County Attorney Dan Feistner announced late Wednesday evening that 39-year old Brian Street has been charged in Southern Iowa U.S. District Court with one-count of Possession of child pornography and one count of production of child pornography. The production charge is a Class “B” felony, punishable by a minimum of 15- and a maximum of 30-years in prison. The possession charge is a Class “C” felony, punishable by up to 30-years in prison. Street is currently being held in the Cass County jail on 10-counts of sexual molestation in connection for acts allegedly committed during the past three-years, against his step daughter, 17-year Tracey Dyess. Tracey is alleged to have set fire to the family’s Griswold home March 31-st. The fire killed her six-year old brother Kaleb and 13-year old sister Jessica. Dyess told investigators she set the fire in an attempt to harm her stepfather.
