A judge has ordered that a 15-year-old boy stay in a Council Bluffs juvenile detention center for his alleged involvement in an arson fire at Audubon high school. Fire alarms within the high school were triggered early June 17th. When fire fighters arrived, flames were coming from a wrestling practice room in a new addition to the school. No one was injured in the fire, but damage is estimated at 100-thousand dollars. Authorities say they’re still working the case, trying to determine if others may have been involved. Audubon police say the 15-year-old who is in custody faces charges ranging from arson to burglary to criminal mischief. He was arrested June 24th.
