Some lifeguards who broke the rules got into hot water in the town of Harlan. Harlan police say charges are pending against several people in connection with a recent incident in which lifeguards were found consuming alcohol while on duty at the city swimming pool. City officials say a total of six lifeguards haev been fired as a result ot the incident on Friday, July 29. Police say charges are pending against the people involved, and they may charge at least one more lifeguard in connection with the incident.
