A western Iowa man was killed in a tractor roll-over accident yesterday (Wednesday) in Crawford County, near Kiron. Authorities say 76-year-old Marvin Neumann was dead at the scene. Investigators believe Neumann was baling hay on the side of a hill when the tractor he was on overturned, pinning him underneath.
