The Sioux Falls, South Dakota, man charged in the boating death of a Perry dentist is out on bail. Officials say 29-year-old Justin Nearman posted a $42,250 bond. Nearman’s accused of driving the boat that killed Michael Brosnahan, a Perry dentist, and injuring his wife, Jill, early August 12th on West Lake Okoboji. Iowa authorities have charged Nearman with operating a boat while under the influence, causing the death of a person. He’s also charged with drunken boating, causing the serious injury of a person. If he’s convicted Nearman could face up to 30 years in prison.
