A Denison man accused of sexually abusing three young girls within the past four years has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors handling the case. Thirty-eight-year-old Kelly Binning appeared in Crawford County District Court yesterday (Monday), at which time he pleaded guilty to one count of third degree sexual abuse, a class C felony, and two counts of engaging in lascivious acts with a child, both class D felonies. In May, Binning, a self-proclaimed minister, was formally charged with three counts of second-degree sexual abuse with the victims ranging from four to seven years-of-age. Two of the victims were reportedly enrolled at an in-home daycare center operated by Binning’s wife. Binning could face up to 15 years in prison when he’s sentenced next month.
