Officials in northeast Iowa have released the results of a drug investigation that began in Iowa and ended in Illinois. Last Thursday, the Clayton County Sheriff, Postville Police and several law enforcement agencies from Illinois conducted several searches in Rockford, Illinois.

Police seized over 600 pounds of marijuana with a street value of over 500-thousand dollars. Five people identified as Hispanic males were arrested and charged manufacturing and delivery of marijuana. Police say the investigation began in Clayton County Iowa and led to Illinois.
