A suspect’s in custody in a bank holdup in southeast Iowa. The Fairfield Police Department has arrested a man in connection with a Monday afternoon bank robbery. According to reports, a masked man robbed First National Bank around 3:30 p.m.

Authorities have arrested and charged 62-year-old Thomas Arthur Halley, of Fairfield, with robbery in the second-degree. The charge is a class "C" felony punishable by up to ten years in prison with a fine of up to $10,000.
