Despite the winter weather, a Canadian rock band went ahead with its concert in Cedar Rapids last night. Fans of the band Nickelback flooded downtown Cedar Rapids starting at about noon, lining up around the U.S. Cellular Center where the band was scheduled to play last night. And the show went on.

Cedar Rapids police reported two incidents after the show. Shortly after two o’clock this morning police declared a 17-year-old woman missing. She had last been seen at the concert. A guy in his 20s was injured after the concert.

A train was blocking a major downtown Cedar Rapids street right after the concert, and many who were leaving climbed between the train’s cars rather than wait. The train started moving and police say the man’s foot got caught but he only suffered a minor injury.
