Adam Haluska is traveling the country hoping to improve his chances of landing with an NBA team. The former Iowa standout was a first team all Big Ten selection this past season and led the conference in scoring at just over 21 points per game. Haluska has been to New York, Los Angeles, Portland and Seattle and says he has a tough two weeks ahead.

Haluska is working out for several teams and earlier this week had a workout for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Haluska says the workouts help showcase some things he didn’t do a lot in college. Haluska says the NBA game is a lot different and you to be able to get your own shot.

Haluska says it is a tough two week grind leading up to the NBA draft, and he says the biggest thing is taking care of yourself and eating right. Haluska says he does what he can to stay in top shape while on the road. He says the travel can be difficult as you can wake up in the middle of the night and not know where you are at. The NBA Draft is June 28th.
