A crash in central Iowa last night killed two teenagers. The crash involved a car and pickup at an intersection in Norwalk around 7:30 P.M. An Iowa State Patrol report says 17-year-old Almir Trnjanin of Johnston was driving on a residential street and failed to obey a stoplight.

His vehicle was hit by the pickup, which was traveling north on Highway 28. Trnjanin and a passenger in his car, 18 year old Kacy Wagner of West Des Moines, were both killed. The driver of the pickup was not seriously injured. The crash closed the highway for over an hour.
