Storm Lake Police arrested an Alta man on warrants from Missouri after the man sent out information publicizing a K.K.K. rally and march planned for November. Authorities tried to contact the person who issued the statement in case permits would be needed for the event.

Investigators found 32-year-old Jaremy Lee had put out the news release on behalf of the national Knights of the Klu Klux Klan. They also found Lee had warrants for his arrest in Missouri. Authorities in Randolph County want Lee for a felony probation violation.

Macon County, Missouri officials want him on defrauding secured creditors charges. Lee was arrested and held for extradition back to Missouri. His cash bond is set at $55,000.
