Some two-dozen counties scattered across Iowa are under flood warnings this morning, after some cities got more than six inches of rain over the weekend. The Iowa Department of Transportation has announced the closing of Iowa Highway 25 between Interstate 80 and the city of Greenfield due to water running over the roadway in northern Adair County.
