Authorities in Dubuque County have identified the person that was killed in a two vehicle crash Thursday. The crash happened shortly after 7:30 Thursday morning on John F. Kennedy Road in Dubuque.
The sheriff’s office says 23-year-old Ashley Paine of Dubuque was killed when her car crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head-on. That vehicle was driven by 45-year-old Gary Clemen of Dubuque. He was hospitalized, but there’s no word on his condition.
