An Estherville man is scheduled to appear in court today after being arrested on child porn charges. The Estherville police department executed a search warrant at a local residence after receiving a complaint of photos of minor females engaging in sexual acts.
Investigators seized a large number of photos, two computers, and an external hard drive. Fifty-eight-year-old Lowell Johnson was arrested on Monday and charged with 50 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
