A 29-year-old Davenport man who’s been arrested more than 60 times was charged over the weekend in connection with a huge party that turned into a big brawl. Davenport cops say Pachino Tehran Hill smacked a party-goer in the head with a metal pipe early Sunday morning as police tried to break up the melee at a Davenport hotel.

Hill is to stand trial in early June in connection with another incident. Hill’s charged with a felony after a traffic stop for a broken headlight turned into a police chase. Hill’s first brush with the law came when he was 14. He pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and terrorism after being accused of providing the gun that killed a Quad Cities man. Hill was sentenced to 15 years in prison, but was released early.

Six years ago, Hill was charged with shooting at a Davenport policeman, but those charges were later dismissed for lack of evidence. This past March, in connection with another case, a judge sentenced Hill to go to church and attend the counseling program at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church in Davenport.
