Class 1A: Rachel Culp, Newell-Fonda

The senior point guard is one of the state’s top playmakers and in four wins for the Mustangs averaged seven assists and four and a half steals. Culp scored 16 points, had seven assists and registered nine steals in a victory over Aurelia.
