The Technology Association of Iowa (TAI) is beginning a series of monthly informational clinics beginning today. Association president, LeeAnn Jacobson, says the hope to help people who’re running and starting their own businesses. She says they want to assist entrepreneurs with legal and financial issues that are unique to business by providing top experts who will share information free of charge.

Jacobson says they plan to have a variety of speakers on hand. Jacobson says leaders of firms at various levels of development will get helpful information. Today’s first event is called "How to Finance a Tech Company."
