Guilty verdicts were returned for both former Creston police officers late Thursday in a sexual assault case.
Prosecutors say former Creston police chief James Christensen watched and didn’t stop last year’s rape of a country club bartender by then-assistant police chief John Sickels.
Both will face up to 25 years in prison.
