A manhunt is underway in the Quad Cities after police say two men were shot as they sat in a car in a Davenport neighborhood last night. One of the men, a 31-year-old from Davenport, died during surgery overnight. The other man, a 38-year-old from Milan, Illinois, is listed in serious condition.
Police say the gunman walked up to the car, fired through the open window and ran. No names were released and no arrests have been made.
