Four of the five Racing and Gaming Commissioners to speak so far this morning have endorsed a new casino license for Lyon County, while saying they could not support the other three applicants from Tama, Webster and Wapello Counties.
Commissioners Paul Hayes, Kate Cutler, Andrea Rivera-Harrison and Toni Urban have spoken already.
