The search will resume this morning after a man disappeared Sunday afternoon on Lizard Creek in Fort Dodge. The missing man is identified as 20-year-old Tyler Peart of Fort Dodge.
Peart was part of five others tubing down the creek when they reached a set of rapids. The others got out safely with the exception of Peart. The Fort Dodge Fire Department was notified at about 5:30 yesterday afternoon of Peart missing in the creek under the bridge on Highway 169.
The search ended when darkness arrived last night and will continue at daybreak.
