The husband of U.S. Senate candidate Roxanne Conlin is home from the hospital after a bout of what doctors call crypto.
Roxanne Conlin has a Twitter account for her senate campaign. On Monday afternoon she posted a tweet saying her husband had lost 12 pounds due to a “horrible” flu. James Conlin was hospitalized Monday night, due to dehydration. On Tuesday, Roxanne Conlin wrote that her husband was still undergoing tests and she hoped to get him home soon.
Today, she reported doctors determined her husband had crypto. It’s caused by a water-borne parasite and according to the Centers for Disease Control, it’s hard to diagnose. Conlin says she and her husband have “no idea” how or where he got it.
James Conlin is a real estate developer. The Conlins married in 1964. They have four adult children and five grandchildren.
