The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the death of a motorist involved in an off-highway vehicle accident south of Fort Dodge around 7:30 last night.
The operator of the four wheeler was traveling on a dirt trail when the machine hit a dip in the trail. The four wheeler went nose first into the ground with the driver thrown from it. The name of the victim has not been released.
