Clinton High School Principal Karinne Tharaldson-Jones says it’s a relief to be cleared of charges she overstepped her bounds with several teachers. She had been charged with bullying and harassing teachers into quitting or taking other jobs. A two-day hearing was held in early October before an administrative law judge. The administrative law judge dismissed the charges saying the state did not prove its case.

Tharaldson-Jones says it has been a long couple of years battling the case said she hopes to get back to work on Clinton High School issues. The principal says she has been getting a lot of advice and when asked if she might file a defamation lawsuit against those brought the charges against her, Tharaldson-Jones says she’s considering all her options.
