Authorities say charges are pending in a weekend case that involved an Amber Alert. The alert was issued by the Iowa Department of Public Safety after the foster parents of 17-year-old Betsy Luna of Red Oak reported her missing on Saturday afternoon.
Investigators say it appeared the girl had been abducted by an uncle but later widened the search. The girl was found Saturday night at the Red Oak home of 19-year-old Fidel Ramos, reportedly her boyfriend.
