A 19-year-old man died in a two-car accident Sunday northeast of Des Moines. The Polk County Sheriff’s Department says 19-year-old Jordan Glick of Des Moines died when the car he was driving hit a Hummer driven by 45-year-old David Riccadonna of Des Moines.
A passenger in Glick’s car, 19-year-old Joshua Reid of Altoona, was taken to the hospital by air ambulance. The Sheriff’s department says Riccadonna did not request medical treatment at the scene.
Deputies are still gathering evidence, and no charges have been filed.
