A body was found inside a burned house in Grinnell this morning. Police and firefighters responded to the fire, at 1629 Third Avenue in Grinnell, at 6:15 a.m.
Flames engulfed the house, but crews brought the fire under control within an hour. The body, which has not been identified, was found as investigators were searching the fire debris.
