A 68-year-old Clarinda woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning on a Webster County road near Fort Dodge.
The Iowa State Patrol identified the victim as Katheryn A. Duley.
Reportedly, a 2005 Saturn Ion driven by Duley was heading southbound on P-59 when a northbound 1999 GMC Sierra pickup truck driven by 17-year-old Patrick Oberg, Junior, of Otho, crossed the center line striking the Duley car head-on.
The Duley car came to rest on its top while the Oberg truck came to rest on its passenger side. Duley was transported to Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge where she died of her injuries.
Oberg was also transported to Trinity and later transported to Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines for treatment.
The accident remains under investigation.
