Update 12:30: The missing children have been found, no foul play is suspected.
A young brother and sister from far northeast Iowa vanished from the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds in Decorah about 7:30 last night.
Thirteen-year-old Keisha Kay Frommelt is described as blue eyes, blond/brown/red shoulder length hair, 5-foot-6 and 145 pounds.
She was last seen wearing a blue pull-over hoodie, blue jeans and multi-colored tennis shoes. Frommelt was last seen in the company of two unknown males, possibly in their 20s.
Eight-year-old Tanner James Heins is described as brown eyes, very short brown hair, 4-foot-1, 65 pounds. Tanner was last seen wearing a dark green t-shirt or no shirt, black shorts, flip flops or a water type of shoes.

He was last seen riding a small silver-colored bike with highrise handlebars and red grips. Anyone with information is asked to immediately call the Decorah Police Department.
