Iowa’s largest publishing firm is reporting a boost in revenue for the fourth quarter. Officials with Meredith Corporation say revenues rose 6% for the quarter to $375-million, while earnings per share grew 2% from a year ago.
The Des Moines-based company is home to magazines like Better Homes and Gardens, Family Circle and Successful Farming.
Meredith reports magazine readership rose to a record 116-million during the quarter, while traffic to company websites, including allrecipes-dot-com, nearly doubled to an average of nearly 40-million unique visitors per month, a record high.
