A claims management company plans to open another office in Iowa, creating some 200 jobs. Sedgwick Claims Management Services specializes in several areas like workers’ comp, disability, managed care, professional liability and credit card claims services.
The new office will be in Coralville with 60 employees initially, growing to 200 within two years. Positions will include: customer service, disability claims specialists, nurse case managers, and management, technical and support roles.
The Tennessee-based Sedgwick has 195 offices in the U.S. and Canada, including in Des Moines, West Des Moines and Dubuque.
