A weekend shooting in southeast Iowa left one man dead, another in jail. On Saturday evening at approximately 7:30 P.M., authorities received a 9-1-1 call reporting a shooting which led them to a residence in the 2400 block of Marigold Avenue in Fairfield, where they found a deceased male.
Thirty-two-year-old Buddy Lee Frisbie had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Jefferson County deputies arrested 33-year-old Tyler James Webster of Fairfield and charged him with first-degree murder.
