There’s been another bank robbery in Iowa followed by gunfire. It happened just after 9:30 this morning in Marshalltown at the Lennox Employees Credit Union on east Main Street.

Police found two armed suspects running form the credit union and one of them shot a Marshalltown police officer in the leg. The officer returned fire and hit the suspect. Both suspects were arrested.

Police say the injuries to the officer and the suspect are not believed to be life threatening. The names of suspects have not been released.
